This document says what data we receive from you, why we keep it and what you can ask of us. It is written to be read, not to be ticked off.
1. Who we are
The data controller is NUTRA PHARMA CONSULTING S.R.L., tax ID 41299733, registered with the Romanian Trade Register under no. J40/8226/2019, with its registered office in Bucharest, District 3, Romania. Nutrasoft is the brand we trade under.

2. What data we collect
From forms — on this website or in the ads on Facebook and Instagram: your name, email address, phone number, company name, headcount and whatever you tell us about your business.
From browsing — data about how you use the website, through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel. These are activated when you enter the site; you can turn them off at any time from the page footer.
From correspondence — what you write to us by email, WhatsApp or tell us over the phone when you contact us.
3. Why we use it and on what basis
- To contact you about what you asked for and to prepare a possible collaboration — performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- For marketing and ad measurement, including sending Meta pseudonymised data (irreversibly transformed with a SHA-256 hash) — on the basis of our legitimate interest in knowing which ads work, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can object at any time from the page footer and the sending stops from that moment (Art. 21 GDPR), without losing anything you have already asked for.
- For our legal obligations — invoicing, accounting, archiving, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
If you object to the measurement, we answer your request just as we would anyone else's. Only the ad measurement does not happen.
4. Who we pass it to
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., for measuring ad effectiveness and only if you have not objected; our hosting and email providers, which process strictly on our instructions; and public authorities, where the law obliges us.
We do not sell personal data and we do not give it to anyone for their own purposes.
5. How long we keep it
Contact data: 3 years from our last interaction with you. Accounting documents: 10 years, as the law requires. If you object to the measurement, we stop sending data to Meta from that moment.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent.
You exercise them by writing to contact@nutrasoft.ro. We reply within 30 days at the latest.
If you are not satisfied with how we responded, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) — dataprotection.ro.
8. Changes
When we change something material, we update the date above. We suggest re-reading this page from time to time.
