We build and run the digital side of companies: custom software, automations, integrations between the tools the client already uses, websites, CRM and marketing campaigns.

The services are addressed to legal entities and to self-employed professionals, in a professional context.

The website is presentational. Nothing is sold through it and no payments are taken: the forms send a request, not an order, and create no obligation for either party.

After your request we talk, propose a solution and, if you agree, sign a contract setting out the scope, the deadlines, the price and the conditions. Only the contract binds us.

The initial process analysis is free and commits you to nothing.

Prices shown on the website, where any are shown, are indicative and are confirmed by a quote. The final price, the currency, the payment schedule and the payment terms are set in the contract. We invoice in accordance with Romanian law.

The content of this website — text, visual identity, code, images — belongs to us or is used by us under licence. It may not be copied or reused commercially without our written consent.

For work delivered to clients, the rights over the result are set in the contract. Our default rule: what you pay for is yours. What remains ours are the generic components, the libraries and the internal tooling we reuse from one project to the next.

We work to keep the information on this website correct and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or suited to your specific situation. Business decisions taken solely on the basis of this page remain yours.

The website may be temporarily unavailable, for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Liability for contracted services is set in the contract.

How we process data is set out in the Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Write to us at contact@nutrasoft.ro. We reply within 30 days at the latest. We prefer to settle things directly; if we cannot, the courts remain open.

Romanian law applies. Disputes that are not settled amicably fall to the competent courts in Romania.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one on this page, with the date shown above. Changes do not affect contracts already signed.
